NJALL is also drafting an advocacy platform with the hopes of calling attention to the concerns that some people have about the effects of WIOA implementation. For example, some people are concerned about the provision of services to basic literacy students, others are concerned about the accountability measures. Please let us know what you are thinking.

From the initial information available, it appears that WIOA is going to significantly shift the landscape for learners and providers. There is still time to influence the processes as the state is determining the "blueprint". To provide meaningful input, it is imperative that we work together to try to understand the upcomiong changes.
